We Empower Learners of all ages with Structured, Live Instructed Real Estate & Home Inspection Education employing real world expertise. Our real estate program has a consistent 96% pass rate and home inspection licensing 95% as of the latest calendar year. We provide you with recorded sessions for review included with your tuition. No background whatsoever is required in real estate for any of our programs. We teach you everything you need to know. The real estate licensing textbook was written by the primary instructors of the program so we know the material inside and out. Most other schools use textbooks written by regional or national authors. Real estate classes are only offered two nights a week (however year round) but students may choose to finish more quickly by attending during the day. The school's format is very organized, teachers encourage participation in class and Professor Mike (who wrote the textbook) is very knowledgeable, patient and engaging. He not only gives you all the information you need to pass the school and state exam, but he sets you up for success by giving you advice and tips that will help your career after completing the course.
